Everywhere we went, there was a picture perfect scenery, and I just couldn’t miss out on taking some blog pictures here.

You were actually not allowed to climb up there but I wanted to take these shots on top of those rocks, so I had to be adventurous and climb to the other side.

Being close to the water includes the chill ocean breeze, and we knew it was going to rain. I wore my trusty distressed denims with a striped shirt, and went for layers to keep myself warm.

I hope you all had a great week, and are now spending the weekend to get some rest, regaining new energy to start into a new week ! I finally managed to get out of Tokyo a couple of weeks ago, and I spent a day on Enoshima, a small peninsula about 1 hour away from Tokyo.

You guys, it showed me how much I missed the nature, and standing on these huge rocks with the wide ocean spread out in front of me - it felt like venting. I grew up very close to the North Sea in Germany, and not only do we have amazingly good tab water but the air is a world of a difference to other cities in Germany. There is nothing better than breathing that fresh and cool air when you are close to the sea. It brought me that feeling of home to Japan

We had lunch with this amazing ocean view, hawks flying above our heads and that salt water smell in the air. It was a great getaway for the weekend, and I recommend you to check out Enoshima if you are in Tokyo and you are looking for something outside of the crowded city.
