Can you believe it’s already mid-March of 2015? Time flies by so fast, and I am asking myself what exactly have I done the past three months? I looked back to my older post where I was talking about 2015 - about my resolution, one being to drink more water, and the other being more active and healthy. 

I finally managed to get myself to hit the treadmill after work. Honestly, it’s not fun and I don’t enjoy going to the gym but let me tell you something: I am living in that area where there is this huge hill that I have to conquer every single morning in order to get to the train station. And every single morning I find myself struggling so badly walking up that hill, and seeing other (older) women outpacing me effortlessly and without any expression of endeavor – that made me realize, dang girl you got to work out !

For all of you guys who are struggling getting that motivation to work out and being more active, it 's extremely helpful to have a work out buddy. In my case, I am lucky enough to have two of my best buddies helping me to get in shape every second day. I can sometimes feel their eyes being glued to my back when I am running which instantly makes me run (away) faster from them, haha.

Another thing that has been massively supporting me to run an hour is having music in my ears. Creating your work out playlist with the right up tempo tracks gives you that extra boost for your work out session. I am making my monthly playlist which I will post on my blog end of March. I might share my work out playlist also, so stay tuned.
