I am currently reading Haruki Murakami's Norwegian Wood, and I have been enjoying every single page so far. It's my second book by Murakami and definetly not my last. Even though I am not yet able to read it in its original language, by means Japanese, I still enjoy the English translation so much. The writing style is very easy and well structured. It effortlessly leads you from page to page without you even noticing. I feel like someone is reading it out loud to me rather than me reading it silently in my head, just to give you an impression on how "spoken-written" and along with that personal and intimate it is, if that makes sense.

Because it has been raining 24/7 these days, I really enjoy lying in bed with a good book. And it sort of fits the mood of the book so well. Sometimes I feel like we tend to gravitate towards a certain genre of books depending on not only our mood, but random aspects like seasons. Some enjoy love stories during Spring, some are looking for a great classic one like Salinger in Summer, and for winter I like to think of my sister who enjoys a good thriller slash crime book. Sames goes with fashion. Your taste in fashion changes with every new season coming and that doesn't potentially need to be influenced by trends. When I look at this coat it instantly gives me that feeling of autumn and long walks through woods and nature.

What are you current season's favorites?
