First of all, I am sorry for not having posted anything new on my blog for over a week now. I am currently not having any internet connection at my apartment, and when I am at the library, I am most likely studying or working on my thesis rather than blogging. Furthermore, the weather has become more than tricky lately. It is raining almost constantly and the days are getting shorter. That is why we've been trying to take outfit pictures during our lessons and spare times inbetween lunch, just to catch the few rare moments of daylight.

You have probably noticed by now, how everybody went crazy about flanell, tartan and that grundgy look. Even though I am not much of a trend follower, at least not on a regular basis, I still believe everyone should have at least one flanell shirt hanging right next to the denim shirt.

I got this one 4? years ago. I still slightly remember it, because a friend of mine gave it to me, and he had mostly worn this when he was skating. And I thought it was sort of a waste to only wear it then, so I turned it into my own streetstyle piece someday, wearing it with tight leggings. (I'm dwelling in old memories, haha)

The reason why I fell in I love (again) with this shirt, (not only because of the good memories that goes with it) is because of the pattern. There are plenty of checked patterns, but this one is more losen and casual, more boyish-looking. Probably because it was orignally meant to be worn by men also. And one thing that I have learnt by now is that boyfriend pieces tend to go with pretty much everything because they are so versatile.

What are you favorite boyfriend pieces and how would you style them?
