I know it has been a while since my last real outfit post, but I just didn't find the right time to take some pictures. Uni has finally started again and along with that my last semester. I said to myself, I want to spend this semester even more intensively, not only because it's my last here, but more because I feel like I have been in that comfort zone of mine for too long. I needed myself to be more motivated and excited about everything which is why I hope I get to post more often and maybe on a regular term.

The weather has become very windy and cold outside in Germany, and I can't believe I used to walk around in short shorts and dresses just a couple of weeks ago when summer was still around. I somehow exspect this year's winter to be extremely cold and I need myself to be prepared for that. But until then, I try to enjoy autumn and it's tricky weather as best as I can. It's not too cold, but not comfortably warm either which perfectly calls for layering, and more layers.

Although I love my short shorts and being more on the girly side sometimes, I still feel the most comfortable when in my denims, some good pair of boots and my leather jacket and I'll be fine for the day.
I'm a big fan of all-white-outfits but black is another favorite color of mine when it comes to outfits. To avoid all black though, simply because autumn is quite grey and dark already, I paired my almost completely dark outfit with a white patterned shirt and my new favorite scarf. Not only does it give a nice twist to the outfit, but it's very cozy and most importantly it keeps me warm.

Another tip on styling black on black is to play with the different shades of black and staying close to its color group, by means grey as well. My denims aren't entirely black but rather grey. By also adding different textures to it you can create an all black on black outfit without looking too stiff. So look for patterned black pieces and mixed materials in one piece like this mixed leather jacket I'm wearing.
